TAS preseason dryland workouts will be held at Mercer Island Community Center and Green Lake (Seattle).
Meet every Sunday ready to run at 10 am, ends usually around 12 noon.

Bring running or cross training shoes, clothing for outdoor and indoor work outs, water bottle (24 oz or bigger recommended).
