Ability Requirements
No racing experience necessary. Athletes must be able to ski all runs at Summit West and most runs at Alpental, Central, and East. Athletes also need the ability to ski intermediate terrain with linked, parallel turns. They must be able to load and ride the chairlift without an adult. They must be able to listen and follow directions from an adult. Athletes must be mature enough to be separated from their parents without anxiety. This is not a ski school, and the focus is on racing fundamentals (technique and tactics).
Equipment Requirements
Ski Racing HELMETS are required for all athletes. Skis (any skis will do, but we recommend an 8-13 m radius ski that is the same height as the athlete standing in their boots), 3 or 4 buckle ski boots, winter ski clothing, goggles, ski gloves, and a water bottle. We recommend extra goggles and gloves, a snack or an extra lunch.
Registration
Registration is limited to 10 athletes; Intro/midweek athletes have priority.
$300 is due at registration. (PayPal)
NO Refunds
NO Exchanges
Lift tickets or Summit At Snoqualmie season passes are not included.
