U16-FIS 12:00noon – 3:00 PM
Please arrive on time
Bring your boots and ski socks, athletic clothing, but long pants and sleeves.
SL or GS Helmets Required
Also, bring a water bottle
We will do a group intro, and then each athlete will get time on the ski simulator with instruction from TAS Coaches.
This will also be the last chance to get your equipment sorted if you still need anything or need it adjusted.
Due to space, we ask parents to drop off and pick up athletes for the duration.

If you’re unable to join us on Wednesdays or are looking to do more than one workout per week we have a recorded version of the typical workout we do that you can follow along to, as well as an explanatory video that goes over how to do our suggested exercises. You can use the included worksheet to track your workouts over time.
