5 lb or less Workout Bar with Rubber Padding

5 lb or less Vinyl Coated Kettlebell

This is recommended but not required. Can you use a water bottle with a handle as a kettlebell? Yes. Can you use a stick as the workout bar? Yes. The Team has some equipment for athletes, but U14 and older athletes will take priority. Please make sure you bring appropriate clothing and a water bottle.
