Full Camp Nov. 22nd – 30th (9 days on snow): Van departs, Nov. 21st at 2:00 pm from Mercer Island Community Center

Camp 2 Nov. 26th – 30th (5 days on snow): The Van departs Mercer Island Community Center on Nov. 25th at 2:00 p.m.
You must have this form filled out and emailed to Chris before the Van departs Mercer Island.
