Wednesday 5:45-7 pm (Indoor) Starts Sep. 27th

The location for both drylands is:

Mercer Island Community Center

Meet the coaches outside the front entrance before the start of each dryland.

Bring water, weather-appropriate workout clothing, shoes, a jacket, and auction items.

You must be registered, the deposit paid, and the waivers signed before you are eligible to join the dryland team.
