Dryland starts Sunday, Sept 16th

You must be registered, the deposit paid, and the waivers signed before you are eligible to join the team for dryland.

Sundays 9:30a – 11:30a (Outside, rain or shine)
Wednesdays 6:00p-7:30p (Indoor) Starts Wed 9/25

The location for both drylands is:
Mercer Island Community Center

Outdoor: Meet the coaches up on the field to the west of the building.
Indoor: Meet the coaches outside the front entrance before the start of each dryland.

Bring water, weather-appropriate workout clothing, shoes, a jacket, and auction items.
